What is the base metal?

We use 92.5% purity of silver as the base metal for the product with high quality anti-tarnish rhodium plating.

What is your return policy?

We have a 15 days return policy

What is Lifetime Plating Service?

We have launched Lifetime Plating Service to keep you covered even once the warranty period is over. Through this service, you can get your REKARAA jewellery replated in those rare cases where you face a plating or tarnishing issue, after 180 days from the date of delivery.

Are there any terms and conditions associated with Lifetime Plating Service?

This service is only limited to undamaged REKARAA Jewellery and can be availed post 6 months from the date of delivery of the original product. If the product does not qualify for replating, unfortunately, we will have to send it back to you

- We will not be able to entertain any requests for a change in the colour of plating

-Doorstep pickup and drop will be charged Rs. 199 for the same.

- The complete process takes around 3 weeks from raising the claim to delivery of replated product

Once your order is shipped, you'll be notified over a text message, email, and even a WhatsApp message from us, complete with the details of our trusted delivery partner and your unique tracking ID.
